Terms of service

These terms are a draft published by Akil Steele (doing business as Mentioned), 125 Janis St., Apt 115, Alvarado, TX 76009, USA. They are not a finished customer agreement.

The product

Mentioned runs buyer prompts through official AI APIs and reports whether your product was named. Answers approximate consumer apps such as ChatGPT and Perplexity. Gemini is coming soon. They are not a guarantee of ranking, traffic, or revenue.

Plans

Starter is $12 per month (25 prompts, 2 competitors, weekly). Pro is $29 per month (75 prompts, 5 competitors, weekly). Billing is a Stripe subscription. Cancel in the customer portal. Access follows the subscription status Stripe reports.

Acceptable use

Do not use Mentioned to harass, to probe systems you do not own, or to submit prompts that ask models for criminal help. We can stop a workspace that threatens the spend cap or the providers.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Akil Steele (doing business as Mentioned) is not liable for decisions you make from a report, for provider outages, or for answers that disagree with what you see in a consumer app.
