Privacy policy

What we collect

Account email, product name, domain, category, competitor names, the prompts you track, the raw answers returned by AI APIs, parsed mentions and citations, IP address for free-check rate limits, and Stripe customer and subscription ids. We do not store full card numbers.

Why

To run the checks, show the dashboard, send the weekly report and sign-in email, bill the subscription, and keep a marketing list. Sign-up emails are synced to ActiveCampaign. Engine prompts are sent to OpenAI and Perplexity. Gemini and DataForSEO are used only if those engines are turned on.

Processors

Vercel (hosting), Neon (Postgres), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), ActiveCampaign (marketing list), OpenAI, Perplexity, and, if you turn them on, Google Gemini and DataForSEO.

Unsubscribe

Every marketing and report email has an unsubscribe link and the postal address above. Unsubscribing stops those emails and removes you from the ActiveCampaign list. Sign-in links still send.

OpenAI data sharing

The questions we run and the AI answers may be shared with OpenAI to improve their services. No account passwords or payment data are ever sent.
